“Zero Rating – Disappointed by Unfair Treatment had an appointment scheduled at 4:30 PM with Dr. M. Karkuri. Due to work commitments and picking up my child from school, I was delayed by just 15 minutes. I called multiple times in advance to inform the staff, and they assured me it was fine. I arrived at 4:45 PM, and the receptionist even confirmed I was on time within that grace period. Despite this, I was told my appointment would not be honored, and I was asked to reschedule. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially after managing work and family responsibilities to make it there. A little understanding and flexibility could have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant, and I left feeling unvalued as a patient.”

“Both of our kids attended spring break camps at this iCode location last week and they had the best time! They can’t wait to attend a summer camp. This is a great learning environment, very nice facility, and they had fun while learning new skills that they were excited to show off (video production & creating their own video game).
